  1. We almost picked the same master bath tile! It's sooo pretty in person, this picture doesn't do it justice. We also picked the same stone. What siding color did you choose? I'm afriad ours is going to be too light, but too late for that.

  2. Your selection looks pretty. We also picked Susquehanna stone for front with black door and wine tone shutters. And siding is sandy tan. I love your carpet selection and bathroom tile color. Our appointment is on Saturday. But we won't be making any upgrades. And I hope DH won't get tempted while doing wiring decisions.

  3. @Kay it is Sandy Tan for the siding.

@Songig - we had no issues with spending more at the wiring place since hubby can do wiring himself and we can access the attic and the basement is unfinished so wiring will be a breeze. We put the standard phone outlets - one in the kitchen, one in the master bedroom and the cable outlets - one in the family room and one in the master bedroom. We did upgrade the upstairs carpet though. The lady even said that we would be lucky to get 3 years out of the A grade carpet up there before it starts to fray and look horrible. We figure it is $1350 now or several grand later. We just asked if we could pay cash now for the upgrade and I think they are letting us do that.

  4. OMG!!! I LOVE the accent tiles for your master bath! We didn't have that option :( And stones, I love stones!!! What is the name of the carpet in the middle?

  5. @Jay, the middle carpet is this one: Upgrade family room carpet to level C - NV131 Accordance: French Buff with upgrade 7/16 rebond 6# pad I can't find it on Shaw's website, though. It is a taupe kind of color and has speckles in it. I thought it might help to hide stains. It also has the R2X stain repellent.

  6. Great choices. I absolutely love the master bath tile selection. I can't wait to see how it looks when the room is complete. The countertop selection is very nice as well. Are you having the same cabinets and counter tops throughout the baths as well?

  7. @HW - the master bath is the Wyoming cherry bordeaux and the other two baths are the Scottsdale maple cognac - same as the kitchen.

I wish I could find a better picture of the glass accents tiles because they are really neat.

  8. The stone choice will look great for the fire place especially with the lighting.
