We all love these lists!  Here is our options and upgrades list.

Exterior:

  1. Sounds beautiful! What are "red flags" if you dont mind me asking. I SO wish I thought about doing tile all the way up in the showers :(

  2. Red flags are items that are a change from the blueprint - like the closet in the mud room - we want it to just go straight back without the closet door. We want the door removed from the toilet area in the master bath - bad design and I don't want to feel closed in. For some people it is to move the sump pump from the corner of the basement over closer to the HVAC system. Our PM automatically does that for our model.
