The Lot

So now we have to pick a lot - of which there are only two left. I think both will have a lot premium on them. Not much we can do about that as there are only two to choose from. We definitely prefer one over the other which just happens to have more room between it and the house behind it (more common area) AND it would be farther from the main road - another plus. So, we are considering lot 187. Great! House plan picked - Check. Lot picked - Check. Next step - funding.
