Pre-Construction tentative date

We have a tentative pre-construction date of Oct. 11!!!  As of right now, ground breaking will be Oct. 12th.  We can't wait to see everything get rolling.  They still aren't sure they will be able to deliver by the end of the year and it may go into the first of January, but then again, they may want to get it off the books by the end of the year and they would then push a little more to finish.  I of course would love to settle before the end of the year so we get the house right after my birthday.
